Current Progress and Comments:
An extremely cheap proposal, that looked to create a video for only 3 DOT. This was meant as a counter to all the low effort expensive proposals that began to appear on open gov usually concerning media and outreach which had little to no history on Polkadot. Due to the message and low funding amount the proposal passed despite its lack of a verified ID.
